Classes begin on time.  It is suggested that you arrive 5-10 minutes early at the studio. 

The doors are locked at the time the class begins. Because meditation is a contemplative practice, timely attendance is expected. 

  

Cancellation Policy:

For Classes:

Early Cancellation– If you cancel prior to 2 hours before the class time, there is no penalty. Early cancelled classes will receive a class credit to use for a future date. 

Late Cancellation– For any cancellation less than 2 hours prior to the class time, or "no-shows", the full class credit will be applied and is non-refundable. For members, there will be a $10 fee for a late cancellation.
