Class packages are non-refundable and must be used within one year of purchase. All introductory offers are valid for first time Unwind members only. A discounted introductory membership will not be available to a member again, including membership lapses, cancellations, subsequent renewals, or other reasons.

Class Details

​

Because meditation is a contemplative practice, timely arrival is important. Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time, and we recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in.

​

To preserve the quiet and integrity of the space, late entry is not permitted. The door will be locked once class begins.

Cancellation Policy

​

We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your mindfulness in managing your reservations.

​

Early Cancellation

If you cancel at least 4 hours before class, there is no penalty. Your class will be returned to your account as a credit to use at a future date.

Late Cancellation & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class, as well as no-shows, result in the loss of the class credit.

For members, a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee will be applied.

This policy helps us honor our teachers’ time and offer spots to students on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding and care for our community.
