A Sound Bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. It is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery. Vibrations and sounds produced by singing bowls and other sound healing instruments can "tune" your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.
During a Sound Bath you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. It begins with a short guided-meditation to prepare your body and mind for the experience which follows. The healing frequencies and vibrations wash away stress, tension, and worries. All that is required is to simply allow the healing sounds and vibrations to wash over you. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.
We use Crystal Tones® alchemy bowls which are 99.99% quartz crystal, infused with various gemstones and metals. They are the highest quality crystal singing bowls on the market and produce the most healing, sublime sounds and frequencies.

CLASS DETAILS
Because meditation is a contemplative practice, timely attendance is expected. Classes begin on time. We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes early. There is no late admittance. The door will be locked once the class has started.

Please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any other kind of fragrance.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of a reservation received less than 4 hours prior to a scheduled class will result in a loss of the class fees. Early cancelled classes will receive a class credit to use for a future date.​

We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your mindfulness in managing your reservations.

Early Cancellation
If you cancel at least 4 hours before class, there is no penalty. Your class will be returned to your account as a credit to use at a future date.

Late Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class, as well as no-shows, result in the loss of the class credit.
​
For members, a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee will be applied.

This policy helps us honor our teachers’ time and offer spots to students on the waitlist. Thank you for your understanding and care for our community.
Private Sessions

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We appreciate your advance notice if your plans change.

24+ Hours Notice
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session may receive either a credit to reschedule or a full refund.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your private sound healing or energy healing session, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full.
