Vandana is a mindfulness meditation teacher devoted to guiding individuals toward greater self-awareness, balance, and a profound sense of inner calm. With over a decade of experience, she integrates traditional mindfulness practices with contemporary insight to create a deeply supportive and transformative experience.

She holds a mindfulness meditation teaching certification from UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center and Sounds True, and has trained with esteemed teachers including Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.

Vandana specializes in stress and anxiety reduction for adults and teens, mindful parenting, insomnia support, and emotional resilience. Her approach weaves foundational mindfulness principles with practical tools, making meditation both accessible and seamlessly integrated into daily life.
Through private sessions, group workshops, retreats, and online offerings, Vandana supports individuals in cultivating a deeper sense of presence, purpose, and overall well-being.
