About The Private Sound Bath
A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self-discovery. Vibrations and sounds produced by singing bowls and a crystal pyramid can “tune” your body, mind and spirit back into alignment.

During a Sound Bath you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. It begins with a short guided-meditation to prepare your body and mind for the experience which follows. You will experience the healing power of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and a crystal pyramid. The healing frequencies and vibrations will wash away stress and tension, help to alleviate anxiety and depression, balance the nervous system, alleviate feelings of grief and loss, increase creativity, motivation and life direction. All you have to do is relax and allow the healing sounds and frequencies to wash over you. Time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience.
Come enjoy this heavenly experience which is akin to the music of the spheres. You will leave feeling completely relaxed and uplifted, with a sense of well-being. Yoga mats, yoga blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided for your comfort. Herbal teas and our signature yoga cookies are available for refreshment after the session.

Cancellation Policy
For appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance, you may choose a credit for rescheduling your session or a refund. Should you fail to cancel within 24 hours in advance of your appointment you will be charged the full amount.
